Your Home Improvement Specialists
KAIM are your home improvement experts for kitchen & bathroom installations, and carpentry & decorating projects in Surrey and West Sussex
The majority of our work is gained via recommendations from prior clients, and our material suppliers.

Kitchens and Bathrooms
Many of our customers say the kitchen is the heart of their home and we are asked to do everything from a simple makeover to a complete transformation.
A kitchen can look completely new and totally different simply by painting existing cupboards and changing cupboard handles, or by keeping the carcasses and replacing doors, changing tiles and flooring and adding new work tops.
If it’s a new layout and style you require, we can rip out the old, re-design and build the new.
Styles and fashion are constantly changing and another of our popular requests is modernisation of bathrooms, ensuites and cloakrooms.
We can advise you on a re-fit of a new suite, or perhaps you might be looking to change the design from a bathroom to a shower room or a wet room.
Keith Weller and Allen Adams each have over 30 years’ experience, with skills covering all aspects of carpentry and home improvement work. They now specialise in kitchen & bathroom installations, carpentry and decorating.
Keith and Allen became friends in the 90s, after meeting at a local angling club. They have been working together since 2006, when they first joined up to incorporate their skills and knowledge. Keith and Allen set KAIM up in 2016.
Keith began his career in 1983 as an apprentice for a London based building company. Keith qualified as a carpenter and joiner and remained at the company for 19 years.
Following redundancy in 2002 Keith started his own business as a carpenter, working on a variety of projects for private customers, who rewarded his high quality work with regular recommendations to friends and family.
After being made redundant from British Gas in 1982, and with a young family to support, Allen decided to start his own business.
Allen developed his own customer base, and put his 10 years' experience with British Gas to good use in ensuring that his customers' expectations were exceeded with his high quality of workmanship.
